Terms & Conditions
Placement of an order indicates the client’s acceptance of these terms and conditions. EM reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time.
By ordering or registering, the client grants EM the right to add their contact details to our database. From time to time we may contact clients about offers and new product offerings. Clients can remove themselves from our marketing communications list by either unsubscribing or contacting us at hi@emilymeyer.com.
All orders placed are subject to acceptance. EM reserves the right, at all times and at our sole discretions, to refuse to accept an order for any reason and without liability to the client.
EM will alter bespoke garments to ensure a proper fit for up to three months from the time of delivery. EM is not responsible for adjustments needed beyond the three-month window, including but not limited to alterations required because of a material body change. MONOGRAM garments do not include any complimentary alterations.
Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and commence from the date of first payment of the invoice associated with client’s order. EM will not order fabric, submit an order, or otherwise begin work on an order without a minimum payment from client in the amount of fifth percent (50%) of the total invoice. We are not responsible for delays caused by fabric stock issues, destination customs clearance processes, holidays, or other shipping delays.
The client is responsible for inspecting goods for fault and notifying us within seven (7) days of receiving the goods should there be a fault.
